Confirm your access, the enabled capabilities and the relevant plan or provider requirements. Use a test environment for tasks that could change live records.
Prepare the business information#
Gather the trading name, support route, delivery policy, return policy and the people responsible for operating the store. Decide which market and currency you will launch with before configuring checkout.
Build a clean catalogue#
Check product names, variants, descriptions, images and prices. Resolve duplicate identifiers and missing product options. Use a representative set before importing a large catalogue.
Compose the storefront#
Choose a theme and arrange the homepage, categories and product content. Review navigation and buying information on both a large screen and a phone.
Validate checkout and operations#
Use the configured test path to inspect account, address, shipping and payment behaviour. Follow the resulting order through stock and fulfillment. Test a failed payment or unavailable item as well as a successful sale.
Review and launch#
Check domains, policies, provider readiness and team access. Agree who can publish, who handles the first orders and how an issue is escalated.

The normal journey and the relevant exception paths have been checked, ownership is clear and the result can be inspected by your team.
