Confirm your access, the enabled capabilities and the relevant plan or provider requirements. Use a test environment for tasks that could change live records.
List the counter requirements#
Record locations, staff roles, devices, scanners, receipt needs and tender methods. Confirm the precise supported hardware and provider combination.
Map stock ownership#
Agree where each counter draws inventory from and how online sales affect availability. Decide who may make a correction.
Test normal selling#
Follow a product lookup, customer identification, basket, payment and receipt. Inspect the resulting order and stock records.
Test an exception#
Include a return, payment failure and connectivity interruption. Record expected recovery instead of assuming offline behaviour.
Train and launch#
Assign counter access and support responsibility. Review the first trading period with the store team before extending the rollout.

The normal journey and the relevant exception paths have been checked, ownership is clear and the result can be inspected by your team.
